This September has started with a new solution launched on WINEGRID portfolio. The e-aphrom is a sensor to monitor remotely and in real-time the second fermentation on bottle. Highly recommended for champagne and sparkling wine producers, among other benefits, this solution allows to reduce the number of bottles intended to monitor the second fermentation as well as minimize the operators exposure to the risk of bottle explosion.
